THE PLAICE - MEAD END
“So, at the suggestion of Andy, we dropped into "The Plaice" the newly refurbished fish and chip shop in Mead End (apologies no outside pic!). Great first impression, decent menu board, pies,fish sausages, saveloys etc ready to serve, and smiling chatty staff. I can also report that the chips were not too soft and not too hard...just right. One to try, and see what you think”
